Leave Feedback

Had us out? Tell us how it went. It takes a minute and it is the most useful thing you can do for the next person searching.

What makes a review actually useful

The reviews people find helpful are the specific ones. “Great service” tells the next reader nothing. “Spring went on a Sunday, came out the same afternoon, replaced both and showed me why” tells them everything.

  • What was wrong with the door
  • How quickly somebody got to you
  • Whether the price matched what you were quoted on the phone
  • Anything that could have gone better — we would rather know

If something went wrong

Tell us before you tell the internet, and give us the chance to put it right. If it is work we did, we come back. That is what the warranty is for, and a return visit costs you nothing when the fault is ours.

Send it to us

Use the form below, or call (806) 491-5353 and say what is on your mind.

The more of that you can tell us, the more likely we are to quote it on the phone without a visit.

Or call (806) 491-5353 — usually faster.

What happens to your feedback

It comes straight to us, not to a review platform or a marketing agency. If you have left a phone number we will usually ring you back rather than type a reply, because most things are quicker to sort out in a two-minute conversation than in a thread.

If you have said something we can publish, we will ask first before it goes on the reviews page, and we publish it as you wrote it. We do not edit reviews for tone, trim the awkward parts or fix the grammar. A review that has been tidied up is somebody else’s writing.

Questions about leaving feedback

Do I have to leave my name?

No. Anonymous feedback is still useful to us. It only becomes a problem if you want something fixed, because then we need to know which job you are talking about — an address and a rough date is enough.

Will you publish what I write?

Only if we ask you and you say yes. Feedback sent through this page is not automatically a public review.

What if I am complaining rather than reviewing?

Then please call instead — it is faster. If the fault is with work we did, coming back out costs you nothing under our warranty and guarantees. Writing it down first only delays the repair.

Can I send photos?

Yes, and for anything mechanical they help enormously. Text them to the number on this page. A photo of the spring above the door, or of the opener label, usually tells us more than a paragraph of description.

How long before I hear back?

Same day during working hours in almost every case. If you sent it late on a Saturday it may be Monday morning, unless it is an emergency, in which case call rather than write.
