What this site is, and is not
This site advertises garage door repair across Lubbock and Lubbock County. Work is carried out by an independent garage door contractor serving that area.
- Nothing on this site is a contract, an offer, or a binding quote.
- A price discussed on the phone is an estimate based on what you describe. It is confirmed on site before work starts.
- Availability, response times and same-day service depend on weather, workload and parts, and are never guaranteed in advance.
Safety and DIY guidance
Several pages here explain what a fault usually is and what you can safely check yourself — wiping a photo-eye lens, checking whether a spring has snapped, pulling the emergency release.
That guidance is general and is not a substitute for a technician looking at your door. Torsion springs hold enough energy to cause serious injury or death, and a door with a broken spring can weigh several hundred pounds unsupported. Do not attempt spring, cable or drum work yourself. If you act on anything here, you do so at your own risk.
